  • Can I make a gift in honor or memory of someone? 
    • Yes. You can send a note with a mailed donation, or there is a dedication section to add a note for who it is in honor or memory of when donating online. 
  • Is my donation tax-deductible? 
    • Yes. KC Blind All-Stars Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You’ll receive a receipt after your donation for your records.

  • Where does my donation go? 
    • Your gift directly supports initiatives and programs to support the Kansas State School for the Blind. Learn more about our TEAMS initiatives. 
  • Can I designate my gift to a specific program or region? 
  • Will I receive a receipt? 
    • Absolutely. Receipts are emailed immediately for online donations and mailed for checks or offline gifts. Annual giving summaries are also available upon request. 
  • Can I make a recurring gift? 
    • Yes. Monthly giving is one of the most powerful ways to sustain our work. You can designate your gift recurring when donating online or send donations at an interval you are comfortable with (monthly, quarterly)
  • Can I donate stock, securities?
    • Yes. We gratefully accept gifts of appreciated assets. Email us at developmentkcbas@gmail.com.
  • Can I give through my Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)? 
    • Absolutely. Recommend a grant to KC Blind All-Stars from your DAF using our Tax ID (EIN): 48-0950013. 
  • How do I include KC Blind All-Stars in my will or estate plan?
